Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund

at no additional cost.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been shipped.

Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing an order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

After this period, orders may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Costs
